These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of All About Pets Directory (the “site”), operated by 1516410 B.C. LTD. (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

All About Pets Directory is an informational directory. We help people discover adoptable animals and pet-related organizations and services, and we link out to those rescues, shelters, and providers. We are not a party to any adoption, transaction, or relationship between you and a listed organization.

No guarantee of accuracy

Much of our listing information is gathered from publicly available sources and may change without notice. We work to keep it fresh, but we do not warrant that any listing, including an animal's availability, an organization's details, hours, or contact information, is accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm directly with the organization before acting.

Links to third parties

The site links to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Provider claims and listing edits are subject to our review and may be approved, declined, or revoked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the site's content except as expressly permitted;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, or impersonate any person or organization;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• use the site to harass others or for any unlawful purpose.

The site's design, original text, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Listing data and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reuse our original content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site or your reliance on any listing, organization, or third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
