Rachel is currently in the care of the NWT SPCA and we are interested to transition her to being a Snow Dog and bring her to BC. She was an evacuee from the Fort Providence fires in August. She is approximately 11 months old, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Please reach out if you can foster this sweet girl.
