Kwiiyaas is a sweet, senior (11.5 years) girl who is looking for her forever cuddle companion. She has a calm demeanor, and although she is comfortable around other dogs, she much prefers the quiet companionship of humans. Kwiiyaas has been working on her acceptance of her harness and will continue to improve with gentle encouragement, short walks, and short time intervals of wearing her harness around the house. Although Kwiiyaas doesn't mind the company of other dogs, she'd do best in a home where she is the center of attention. Kwiiyaas has been losing weight, and her future family will be expected to maintain her current feeding routine in order to ensure that she eventually reaches a healthy weight. Kwiiyaas has a future dental appointment that has been booked by GAHS. GAHS will cover the cost of the on-island appointment.
