Ava is a young mama who has already overcome more than most dogs experience in a lifetime. At just around a year old, she has safely raised a litter of nine beautiful puppies and is now discovering what it means to be a cherished member of a family. For most of her first year, Ava lived as an outdoor community dog with very little experience of life inside a home. Since entering foster care, she has embraced the comforts of indoor living, learning that soft beds, regular meals, and loving people can all be part of everyday life. More recently, Ava's sister, Gizmo, and her brother, B2, were also rescued from the same community. Together, they are the last remaining dogs from their original pack.
